John & I went to Vernor (Just like the soda) elementry school together (8th grade). We lived on the same block & palled around along with Mike Ross & Jerry Buckner. He had the highest entrance exam score in our class for attendence to Wayne Univ. He became a PhD and practiced radiology for many years. The "B" stood for Benjamin.
