I'm very sad to hear about Elaine.  It seems as if we have known each other forever and never thought that those years of friendship would end this way.

Elaine was one of those very beautiful Mumford 'girls' who stayed in Detroit, had a great marriage and was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Our families were friends and I spent time at her parents cottege before Mumford. I can't remember her being anything but happy until she lost Stuart. I was not aware she was ill. I miss her already.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Elaine Stone.  I have fond memories of her, including her beauty and her smile, from MacDowell Elementary School and Mumford High School. I pray that her family and loved one are comforted and sustained by Precious Memories.

So so sorry to hear of the loss of Elaine.  She did have a great smile and was so much fun.  I only skipped school 1 day from Mumford... guess who convinced me to do it?  Rest In Peace my friend.
