I’m still married to my high school sweetheart, Judith Gail Katz Komorn (Mumford 1959). August 21,2011 was our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Took all 12 to Israel (2 daughters, 2 son-laws, and 6 grandchildren) to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Had our own bus, driver and guide. Might have been the best trip ever.
We had three girls, Sherri, Debbie, and Janet. Sherri is a lawyer who doesn't practice law. She made a career change and became a personal fitness trainer. She's the mother of three of our six grandchildren. Arianna is 20 and at Brandies Univ. Lauren and Matthew are twins. Sherri her husband Scot and the three grandchildren live in Potomac MD. We lost Debbie to a brain tumor in 1997. The hole in our heart is still very large. Janet is a practicing attorney. She was an Asst. DA., but now does criminal defense. She's the mother of our other three Grandchildren. David, Abbie and Lillie. Janet, her husband Dan and their three children live in Houston TX.

In 2000-2001, I was honored to serve as president of Congregation Beth Yeshurun, the largest Conservative Synagogue in America. In April of 2012 I received a kidney transplant from my oldest daughter Sherri Komorn Farrell. We both are doing great and I should return to all my hobbies including traveling by July or August. I also started playing com.
